Bozkovské Dolomite Caves
The largest caves in the northeastern part of Bohemia. The caves are open to public for guided tours. The tours are not physically challenging and are offered to families with children.
Covered wooden bridge in Bystrá nad Jizerou
The wooden suspension bridge was built in Bystrá nad Jizerou in 1922, to link the main road with the centre of the village, which is situated around 1.5 km further on. The structure of the Bystrá bridge is unique, and so is listed as a technical cultural monument. It is also unusual in the fact that the bridge still serves its original purpose.
Church of St. Peter and Paul, Semily
The contemporary monumental building in the Roman style with a basilica ceiling was completed at the beginning of the twentieth century.
CHURCH OF ST. STANISLAUS IN LOUKOV
The first mention of the parish church in Loukov dates from 1352. In 1754 the church was in a state of such disrepair that it was at risk of collapsing, but it took another seven years for a new one to be built.
Log Cabins in Jílovecká Street
One of the Semily streets where wooden cabins used to prevail several decades ago is called Jílovecká. To date, only three cottages have been preserved and they form a small remarkable compound, resembling the original municipal development.
