- the rooms are not equipped with TVs. In the dining rooms there are 2 TVs, and there is a TV with a DVD player in the children´s playroom, bring films, we don´t lend them

- the whole building is non smoking!!!

- entrance only in slippers

- it´s prohibited: consuming and bringing your own food and drinks (yogurts and products for little children can be kept in a communal fridge which is not though meant for alcohol etc., products for children up to 2 can be heated in our microwave ) ** Thank you for understanding and respecting **

- it´s prohibited: pets, using own boiling pot

- stay starts on Saturday with supper ( that is served at 6 p.m. ) and ends on the following Saturday with breakfast ( it´s necessary to check out by 10 a.m. , when your luggage will be driven down to the guarded parking - (only during winter season)

- check in always after 4 p.m.

- driving your luggage up from the guarded parking is at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. - it´s possible to order full- board (lunch) for Kč 55,- for adults, Kč 40,- for children

- the bar where you can buy alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, refreshment, sweets etc. is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

- Parking : in winters there is a guarded parking in front of the hotel Praha, in summers at the cottage

- The price for parking : in winters included in the price for accommodation, in summers 20,- CZK per day.

- two own ski lifts in the total length of 800 metres in the immediate neighbourhood of the cottage, also ski lift for children, snowtubing, snowpark, ski school

- the farm of hucul horses 200 metres from the cottage – possibility of horse riding year-round

- excellent starting point for hiking trips or cross country skiing.
