The information centre is situated in the centre of Bedřichov in the building of the Town Hall at the main road. Approximately 500 m from Malinovka downhill skiing centre and cross-country skiing centre; well accessible by MHD Jablonec nad Nisou and ČSAD Liberec.

Located at the entrance point to the Jizera Mountains, Bedřichov information centre focuses on the registration and promotion of services related to summer and winter tourism, sports activities, etc.

The information centre provides information about accommodation, dining and traffic services; it also sells souvenirs, printed materials, maps and tourist guides.

Jizerská o. p. s., maintains tracks of the Jizera Skiing Artery as well as cycling paths in the region of the Jizera Mountains; the information centre's activities are therefore closely tied to the promotion and provision of these services.

Jizerská o.p.s. operates its website www.jizerskaops.cz with up-to-date information about the weather, condition of ski-slopes and tracks, snow on the Jizera Artery and generally about any sporting activities in the Jizera Mountains.
